The European Union has published Commission Regulations (EU) No 965/2012 and EC Regulation Aircrew 1178/2011 laying down technical requirements and administrative procedures related to air operations and requirements related to aircrew training.
Operators and Training Providers must be able to demonstrate their knowledge and compliance with regulations.
This course will introduce the structure, the basic principles and requirements of the regulations and the knowledge of the basic principles of the Regulation in order to understand the different types of operation and their applicability.
The objective of the course is to familiarize participants with the requirements of the EC Regulations and equip them with the skills for the correct implementation by being able to:
- Identify the relevant parts of the regulation pertaining to their specific roles within their organisations;
- Reconcile the EC Regulation with the relevant parts of the EASA published AMC & GM; and
Prepare for a regulatory oversight visit to their organisation with the confidence developed from an increased knowledge of the regulation.
